What vaccines are available?

For children:

• Hepatitis A
• Hepatitis B
• MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
• Varicella (chickenpox)
• Tdap/Dtap (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis)
• Hib (haemophilus influenzae type b)
• PCV (pneumonia)
• RV (rotavirus)
• IBV (polio)
• HPV (human papillomavirus)
• MCV4 (meningitis)

For adults: 

• Hepatitis A
• Hepatits B
• MCV4 (meningitis)
• MMR
• Tdap

Who is eligible?

Children are eligible if they are:

• enrolled in Medicaid
• uninsured
• underinsured
• American Indian
• Native Alaskan
• enrolled in CHIP

Adults are eligible if they:

• do not have health insurance

What to Know Before You Go:

• Bring the vaccination records of the person getting vaccinated.
• Children MUST be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
• To save time you can fill out your paperwork at home before you arrive.
